Thurday 20th July 2013 - I had a meeting with Domanic and we discussed the events we narrowed down to five for this travel and tourism project as mentioned previously. We then chose our own individual favourites and researched them to see how feasible they would be. I personally liked the idea of going to London on an educational trip for A2 Travel and Tourism Students to see all the main tourist destinations in London. I wanted to explore a proposal of how the event would work, how relevant it would be to the customers/students, how cost effective it would be and take up the challenge of creating a business plan in detail to get an overall outcome and understanding of how feasible this event would be despite the negatives of its high costs and distance. Domanic liked the idea of the trip to Manchester Old Trafford Museum and Tour for the Wyke Foundation Students which would typically be more cost effective, feasible and relevant to the course as similar trips have been run in the past which he then chose to research upon.
